Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 11, 2026. This policy defines how SAS Technology manages user records and system data.

Last Updated: August 11, 2026. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the principles and procedures governing the collection, processing, storage, and security of corporate data and personal information by SAS Technology ("SAS Tech", "we", "us", or "our") across sastechnology.pro and our custom engineering workspaces.

1. Data Controller and General Compliance

SAS Technology operates as the primary Data Controller for all information gathered through our public web interfaces, project forms, and initial IT consultations. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data processed during the design, development, and maintenance of our client websites, mobile software, and desktop systems. Our data processing activities are structured in compliance with the relevant data protection provisions of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules framed thereunder, as well as global best practices for client-contract data management.

2. Types of Information We Collect

In the course of estimating, executing, and deploying software projects, SAS Tech processes two distinct categories of information:

(a) Client Contact Details: When you initiate an inquiry via our contact form, send an email, or communicate via WhatsApp, we collect details including your Full Name, corporate Email Address, active Phone Number, Subject of inquiry, and detailed descriptions of your project specifications.
(b) Technical and Infrastructure Credentials: To configure staging environments, database servers, payment gates, and deploy final builds, we may request necessary technical resources. These include server credentials, database connection strings, third-party API keys (e.g., Stripe, Firebase, Google Maps), and repository access tokens.

3. Methods of Data Collection

We collect data primarily through direct interactions:

• Direct Web Forms: Submissions processed through our active contact interfaces on sastechnology.pro.
• Email and API Communication: Written instructions, file sharing, and project specs sent to info.sastechcg@gmail.com.
• Instant Messaging: Project discussions and specifications routed via our integrated WhatsApp chat widget.
• Staging Server Logs: Error monitoring logs and database query results generated during the active testing of sandboxed software builds.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

SAS Tech processes your information strictly for legitimate commercial and engineering purposes, including:

• Drafting software design layouts and preparing formal project quotes.
• Building, testing, and debugging custom web, mobile, and Windows desktop software systems.
• Deploying codebases and configuring database structures on client-designated cloud instances.
• Dispatching automated confirmation receipts and scheduling technical callback requests.
• Sending critical infrastructure logs, code update logs, and milestone invoices.
• Complying with tax regulations, statutory obligations, and legal directives under Indian court systems.

5. Software Version Control and Security Protocols

Protecting custom codebases and client proprietary algorithms is a core priority at SAS Tech:

• Secure Git Version Control: All custom source codes, assets, and documentation are stored in secure private repositories on Git platforms with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and restricted access permissions.
• Data Encryption: All configuration variables, API keys, database connection credentials, and local environment files are encrypted both at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL cryptographic protocols.
• Credentials Isolation: Staging credentials and production keys are separated. General developers are restricted from accessing production environments, ensuring zero unauthorized exposure.

6. Data Sharing Limitations and Cloud Deployments

SAS Tech does not sell, lease, trade, or distribute corporate data or user contact records to third-party marketing companies. We share information only with trusted cloud hosts (such as AWS, Vercel, Firebase) or third-party API platforms (like Stripe, Google SMTP, Twilio) that are explicitly required to deploy your custom software. All such third-party providers are governed by their own privacy terms and are prohibited from using your data for any unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to disclose personal or project data if required to do so by court subpoenas or to comply with law enforcement directives in India.

7. Cookies and Local Session Storage

The public portal sastechnology.pro uses basic local storage variables and session cookies to support essential site operations, such as tracking page states, rendering dynamic canvas backdrops, and executing active navigation highlighting. We do not use persistent advertising trackers, behavioral logging pixels, or third-party retargeting scripts. You can configure your browser to reject cookies or clear local storage cache at any time, though some interactive elements (like custom loaders or form states) may not function optimally as a result.

8. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

For enterprise systems, logistics software, and proprietary web platforms, SAS Tech requires signing a mutual NDA before accessing any live company database schemas, inventory records, or staff schedules. The terms defined in any signed NDA between SAS Tech and the Client will take absolute precedence over this general Privacy Policy, establishing custom restrictions on code access, data visibility, and security auditing.

9. Data Retention and Archive Cleanup

We retain Client contact details, billing histories, and code repositories as long as necessary to fulfill project requirements, manage warranty periods, and support SLA agreements. Upon successful final code migration and payment clearance, the Client may request the complete deletion of staging databases, sandboxed builds, and temporary local server caches. General communication histories and archived code backups are retained under secure conditions for statutory compliance and audit verification.

10. Client Rights and Data Access Management

As a Client of SAS Tech, you have the right to request access to all personal data and project records we hold about you or your organization. You may request corrections to inaccurate contact details, restrict processing of specific database pipelines, or request the deletion of staging assets. To exercise these rights, or to report any security vulnerabilities, contact our compliance team directly.

11. Governing Law and Amendments

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from data processing operations under this Policy shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, India. SAS Tech reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time to align with updated software practices, server upgrades, or changing legal standards. The updated date at the top will indicate when the changes became effective.

12. Contact and Compliance Gateway

For any queries, data access requests, compliance reports, or comments regarding our software security protocols, you may contact our dedicated data protection and security gateway at info.sastechcg@gmail.com.
